The best GTA. It's just a pleasure to play. Nice transportation physics, ragdoll physics, atmosphere, graphics, story, music on the radio, etc.

Absolutely terrible game. It's crooked, ugly, you can see that it was made in a shoddy manner. The dubstep (or some kind of electronic ♥♥♥♥) playing during the chase scene is an awful decision. And my favorite part is when I hit the door button three times in a row and the game CRASHED MY ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ COMPUTER.
