Tomb Raider is a beautiful, brilliant reboot for the series. I had checked out entirely after the first game or two but watching previews of this game made it too hard to pass up, and I'm glad I didn't. The length is more or less just right, the gameplay never truly feels stale, and the story is serviceable. Unusual for an action game like this as well, Lara shows the wear and tear that her exploits take on her both mentally and physically as the game progresses. You never feel invincible, but you always feel capable.

ME2 represents an improvement on almost everything Mass Effect 1 was. The only thing I would say took a step back is the skill system since it was drastically pared down. It became hard to notice the effect of an upgrade (excepting the final one in any given tree). Otherwise, the story was gripping and I never felt like I was put upon or performing chores by carrying out missions. One of the pinnacles of the genre.

An excellent 3rd person shooter RPG. The story is intriguing, characters have some depth, and the mechanics of most of the game are very solid (excepting the Mako rover parts, they sucked dog balls). A true example of the RPG genre done right.

The bar for story/choose-your-adventure games has been forever raised. The Walking Dead is both nerve-wracking and emotionally gripping. Decisions have to be made on the spot within realistic time constraints. Decisions are also often made under duress and, unlike other games, there is no going back when the decision has been made. All of these things combine to heighten the player's sense of involvement with the game world and its inhabitants.

Worth the price of admission for its art direction alone. A gorgeous game with solid platforming. Definitely recommended.

This is a great over-the-top shooter that doesn't take itself particularly seriously. Visuals are fantastic. Combat is fun. Game lasts just about the right length of time. Highly recommended!

Easily one of the most charming games I've ever played. Well worth the price of admission.

Great tower defense game. For 2.49 (summer sale) it's a steal.
