i cant use an umbrella, even though im doing everything right (im using capslk) i had watched tuts on youtube and tried to do it, but its still doesnt working help me please

Desde el 2024 que quiero jugar este juego pero sigo teniendo el mismo problema, cuando estoy por enfrentarme al boss que te enseña a usar el Paraguas me pide que use la letra E, intente todas las formas posibles por cambiar esa letra pero ninguna funciona, hasta cambiando de teclado, con los botones laterales del mouse y tampoco, no tengo forma de activar el Paraguas, alguien podria ayudarme por favor?...
