Yeah it's Sins 1 but with some more quality of life features. If you enjoyed 1, you'll like 2.

Early Access Review
For early access, the game is very well polished an nearly complete. The devs are tweaking things weekly, and the placeholder art is obvious and being replaced at a steady rate. Not quite a perfect game... but really, really good.

If you enjoy the XCOM style "Start small and build up" style of tactical gameplay, then MENACE is a refreshing new take, squads instead of individual soldiers mean losing a few men doesn't mean it's time for a new save.
The weapons are interesting, the sound design is great and there's a variety in the terrain and tactics to keep you fighting.
It's not all roses though, the base upgrade (OCI) system is sadly underdeveloped, with few slots and few useful upgrades. This could change with future patches though, it'd be great to have multiple levels of upgrades in a single slot - or the ability to buy extra slots when you've got too much cash.
The squad leader promotion system is also a little odd, since many of the perks are unimpressive and taking a perk makes the squad more expensive to deploy to missions. Fewer upgrades means more men, more guns and more options - this doesn't seem right. Perhaps if the perks were harder to earn, or earned through in game actions and didn't increase the squad costs it would feel more characterful.

And finally there's the *_static and muffled screams_*

Amazing visuals, a vibrant and alive world, punchy gunplay and no messing around, just play and have fun. All from a tiny team with basically no money. Wow.

Game still really, really horrible to play on PC.
The framerate is capped, but with some strange interpolation that makes mouse aim feel floaty and brought on motion sickness within an hours play. This can be resolved by editing the settings .ini file, but then all movement input stops randomly due to the framerate being too high...
What a mess. The simple, easy to use menus and build system from fallout 4 are gone, replaced with a miserable, confusing and inconsistent UI experience. Then there's the paywalls - no private games unless you fork over cash. *Wonderful*.
On the plus side, the quests are interesting (even though the tutorial is shockingly bad) and the new perk/level up system is different and refreshingly good. Enemy design is at least interesting, and combat is fun (at least at early levels). The dynamic events are a great touch, and the huge map is packed with details.
Shame it's basically unplayable out of the box.

There's no review option for 'meh'. It's not bad, but has glaring problems too.
BF6 looks great, handles well, weapons feel fantastic. Single player is a mess, but at least it's pretty.
The menus are just miserable. There's no way to check out what the next unlocks for your rank are, or see progress or ribbons or even tooltips for half the stuff in the game. Finding multiplayer serves is like pulling teeth. Never thought I'd miss BattleLog but at least that was easy to navigate and use.
The multiplayer gameplay is solely let down by the map design. I don't know if its the higher fidelity or just braindead executives, but every map feels far too small. There's no sense of a frontline, and 3d spotting has been rendered almost pointless. That and the starting weapons are frankly terrible - as soon as you unlock the m4 the game gets vastly more playable - this is a problem as other battlefield games have at least had the starting weapons be viable...
Lets hope we get some more maps. Some actual battlefield maps.

Made by a tiny team and dripping with style and character, Mechanicus is a good fun little tactical battle game.
Graphics do exactly what you want, sound design is superb and the gameplay is really good. The random nature of the unlocks mean you can get a few good replays, but while it starts hard but you can quickly become OP (As other comments have pointed out).
Definitely worth it if it's on sale, and you're a 40k fan.

Maya user for years, finally made the switch as I can't afford it any more.
Not going back. This isn't the same software I first saw a few years ago, so much more stable and so much easier to use.
It's not going to fit all of your existing workflows, for you industry folks that means you're still going to get screwed out of money every year due to old tools and such. But if you don't mind using multiple pieces of software at once, this is one worth learning, it's improving all the time.
Learning curve was strange... mostly just un-learning muscle memory from Maya. So initially really frustrating, then easier and easier.
The quality and quantity of the online tutorials makes this the easiest 3d modelling software to get into.
Then there's the plugins... so many specialist tools and so many of them free. Really exciting stuff.

Also lol why is there a 'Check this box if you recieved this product for free' option... it's free for everyone...

Holy s**t what a game.
Haven't even touched the multiplayer and the campaign just blew me away. How creative, fun and stylish this old gem is.
Get and enjoy.

A chaotic, poorly designed and confusing mess of a game.
Not really like any other battlefront, and completely ruled by the hero classes.

Beautiful graphics, great sound design, *some* good level design but the card-class hero things just ruin it.
Also lol the flight mechanics are garbage.

The worst thing is, it shows you how good a Star Wars cross with Battlefield game could be... troopers only, medics, vehicles and cap points... but no.
