definitely an enjoyable game. ive spent hours playing it--flipping houses is very fun, especially if you are artistically inclined, or enjoy time-waster games. can get a bit tedious sometimes, but its very fun and calming.

some graphical glitches like lighting and just generally weird stuff, also some stuttering and slow parts/freezes, but thats likely just my computer being slow.

I love this game-- its a little expensive at $30 with the garden pack--i think thats pricey for this game. a better price would be around 20 or 25 dollars for the whole game and garden pack. other than that, a great game. recommend.
