Great family game! At least, for the 10+ crowd. Cross play with Xbox is buggy, but in the way that it's hard to connect, not in that you have problems once you're in the game.

I've tried several times to play this on long flights and more of then than not I get an error that the game must "first be opened online". Even opening the game the night before while oline wasn't enough! For a single player game this kind of DRM is unacceptable. It's too bad as I've enjoyed it so far (19% through) but if Shadow has the same DRM issues I won't be playing it.

The user interface is super rough, and it doesn't have the equivalent of a Civilopedia to describe the game rules and concepts. Train routing is pretty broken and requires planning "hacks" to work. I'd only recommend for someone very interested in this genre.
