Ima be real. I love the DLC. I love the game play loop of the incursions, I love the new quests, I love the new weapons, but this has been one of the buggiest experiences I've ever had. 3 separate times now I have had to load an old save or use console commands to get past a game breaking bug and on the 3 time I finally gave up.

Wait till this gets patched. It is not worth the frustration at the moment.

I'll be real, I've had this wish listed for years expecting more of a satirical type of game and it really isn't that at all. I was definitely going in with the more funny/meme approach. There are some gamified sections that were actually pretty hilarious/entertaining, but this does seem to be a legit First Person Jesus Simulator.

On top of that, this game actually plays and runs incredibly well, it doesn't have that jank feel like most games like this have. You can tell that the team actually was passionate about the project and it really shows.

If a person would want to actually play through a game that legitimately showcases Jesus' story I think this is as close as you're gonna get.

Edit: Would also like to note since the comments are filled with smooth brained children I am not a religious person. I only requested a key for this game because I thought it would be a funny game to get some entertaining content with and just ended up being surprised to see how well done and optimized the game is.

One of the biggest and best looking worlds I've ever seen in a game. Near endless exploration. Combat is a blast and side quests have been very entertaining so far. The game is very open ended. It throws you straight in and doesn't hold you hand at all. You can do almost damn near anything you want and interact with about anything you want.

It's like this weird mash up of elements from Witcher 3, Red Dead 2, and Dragon Dogma. Without the Narrative focus. I've seen a lot of comparisons to Elden Ring and I honestly just don't see it. There's not really a single comparison to Elden Ring that I can make. This game is very much NOT an RPG. It is an Open world action-adventure game. A much better comparison is to the latest Zelda games. Large open world area to explore with lots of puzzle solving.

The only actual negatives I've encountered so far is this game has WAY too many systems to remember. Having to remember what random combination of buttons do which system mechanic is wild. I have never in my life experienced a control layout as convoluted as what is in this game.

Update: 2K have made major Changes to the Battle Pass. All DLC purchasers will now unlock the DLC at Tier 1 each season as the seasons release. We Won!

Another year another 3 steps forward and 10 steps back.

On 1 hand you have what is easily the best looking and playing game in the franchises history, on the other you have what is what I would classify as the most aggressive microtransaction system I have ever encountered.

You now have to buy the DLC with real money like before BUT in order to unlock the DLC you paid for you have to grind out 100 hours worth of matches each month to unlock the DLC YOU paid for. But don't worry, if you don't want to grind the battle pass to unlock the DLC you paid for you can also buy battle pass skips and effectively pay real money a second time to unlock your DLC you already paid for!

To make this battle pass situation even worse, 80% of what is in the battle pass isn't even new, it is stuff that was readily available, free and just part of every game the last 5 years. So belts, characters, arenas, etc. that you already have had access to are now locked behind a battle pass grind.

This year they also did the thing everyone one has been fearing, they removed console CC on PC. Because they are so evil and greedy, they don't want the PC players making great CC or modded characters for console players because it would take away from the truckloads of money that they are raking in scamming people.

This is quite literally a scam. It should be illegal. You should not give this company your money. The dev team have shown numerous times that they do not care about the fans, They are making the game that they want. A bunch of NBA fans making a wrestling game and doing everything they can to squeeze every last cent out everyone one who buys it.

Don't believe me? If you wanted all the DLC content this year but without the 100s of hours of battle pass grinding it would cost you over $600 to unlock everything.

As someone who never played RE3 originally this game feels so off compared to all of the other RE games released these last 10 years or so. The game is incredibly short, which makes the pacing really jarring. The game just flies by.

The horror elements are just stripped entirely in favor of a full blown action experience. The combat is infuriating. The mashing A when grabbed just to be be bitten every time regardless? Fighting the Nemesis over and over and over and over and over again just isn't fun or enjoyable. It feels like a really mediocre DLC for RE2 Remake.

The game is graphically incredible for a game that is 6 years old and the story is at least pretty solid, though I wouldn't ever play through this again. I would just watch a video recap instead.

Bought this for the climbing mechanics not even realizing that there was going to be a story, and such an incredibly good story at that. Absolute GOTY potential. Highly Recommend

Tutorial was promising, actual gameplay is questionable. 3v3 on these huge maps is almost hilarious and the performance is abysmal even on lowest of settings, Which is wild given the way the game looks graphically.

The idea here is really unique and has a lot of potential but I think they really need to reassess some choices and optimize the game better.

A Brief History Lesson:

The Devs of this game have a long history of deceit and scamming their fan base. They stole assets from their previous company to make this game, they were sued and had to pay $40 million dollars. To cover those costs they delivered a PAID DLC for their unfinished Early Access game AND half assed ♥♥♥♥ out half baked console versions of the game that barely functioned.

Instead of devoting time to making their game function and play well, they instead kept pumping out content to help cover their legal fees. After they milked those plans for as much as they could they got the bright idea to make a "New game" called Atlas that was quite literally an Ark Expansion in disguise that they tried to play off as a new full game. Their were even hidden Ark logo and assets in a secret menu on the pause screen that labeled it as an "Ark Ocean". They did this under a new company name as well to make it seem like this was a brand new game, from a new dev.

Their next big cash grab scam was Teasing Ark II WHILE Ark 1 is still currently in Early Access and unfinished, on top of that, they decided to also Remaster the first game in its unfinished state. They first released the Remaster bundled with Ark II as the only way to get it, and then decided to make the remaster a standalone purchase while ALSO shutting down the original Ark official servers forcing players to then buy the remaster to continue playing the game.

That brings us to current day and Ark Aquatica, another Paid DLC for the NON remaster of Ark, the game that they completely abandoned for the remaster that everyone went out and bought after they shut down official servers. They effectively tried to get everyone to buy the remaster, to kill the remaining player base of the non remaster only to come back and release new paid content for the original that is just reused assets from the Atlas game I mentioned before.

The people at studio wildcard are horrible evil people. Under no circumstances should you ever give them any of your money.

Early Access Review
Cure has been one of my favorite simulator games to release in some time. The gameplay loop is great, they are constantly adding new items and features on a regular basis and with these latest patches have gotten the gameplay balance between patients and zombies down to a good level.

It's also a game that you can dump 10s of hours in and still progress and unlock things. You're not just gonna breeze through it and unlock everything in 5-10 hours like you would in most simulator games.

I've also enjoyed the lack of emphasis on automation. Most simulator you progress to the point of automation and then eventually the game just plays itself which is never been something I've card for. Cure you have to work for everything as you should.

Seriously one of the best COOP games you can buy for $8

COOP is Incredibly Broken. I have NEVER in my 33 Years on this Earth experienced Desync like this. People are literally MINUTES behind. It's Insane. Do not buy for COOP until it is fixed.
