badly optimized, needless changes, and lost it's art style entirely. All of this was cleverly hidden by marketing which detailed very little but a short hype window and then release, with this seemingly abandoned by the developers. There are things to like about this game, and it is an impressive and beautiful game, but as for totally ruining the art style, replacing iconic voice lines, and more than anything the terrible optimization makes this game a no for me, and likely for anything else Bethesda into the future. Congrats Bethesda, way to lose sales for any future Fallout or TES releases. Also, I purchased this the day it dropped and I have a beefy computer which can run other intensive games such as RDR2, people with GPUs thousands of dollars more expensive than mine have trouble. I run this game best at Medium graphics settings, and the sad thing is these settings look almost little to no different than ultra apart from just looking like ♥♥♥♥, which likely adds to this issue of optimization. Oblivion was always the weakest link for me in terms of The Elder Scrolls, while it is many people's favorite, Morrowind and Daggerfall always held the crown for me, yet I find myself going back to the OG Obliivon and enjoying it even more after playing this.

Still better than EA's battlefront, other than visuals. 10/10.

Perfect balance of an old school roleplaying game and Michael Kirkbride's fantasy wet dream, with a dash of Todd Howard's astonishing "Be the Messiah" game design. If Daggerfall is the Queen of TES, then Morrowind is the King, equipped with winding lore and immense possibilities and powers beyond your imagination, such as gaining the ability to leap across an entire island or scorching everything within an 150 meter radius with godlike precision and strength. This is only the surface of what is possible in a game like Morrowind. The only way to know what you are capable of discovering is to step off that boat in Seyda Neen and go out into an alien world whose culture you will be forced to adapt to, if you wish to survive.
