Hi Jay, I posted this in a thread about the crux, and wanted to get your thoughts on the idea.

"I was thinking maybe a system were you have to fill it with resources to activate it each level might be good. Once activated it could give you drop buffs, health - whatever you select prior to the run. It could also be required to break boss shields, so that you would need to make it active before a boss fight. This could be done by having a reserve bar appear in the round prior to the boss battle, this would have to be filled for it to activate in the next round. Or simply the boss fights could change so that you have a timeframe to fill the crux whilst dodging boss mechanics. If the crux is successfully activated, it would provide your chosen blessings and also destroy the boss shield making them attackable. This could happen for multiple boss phases even."

AoG is super fun. But slotted an unlocked weapon or something caused the game to go wonky on 2 different runs. Stage 13/15 ish for a resource run in mercy act 3, Incendius character. Count down timer and sounds still running but everything else blacked out. Still has a few wrinkles to iron out I see.

Thank you for developing Arms of God and congrats to the early access, I can see this game becoming one of the best bullet heaven games among Brotato and Vampire Survivors.

I just pray that one day once the game is eligible, you create lots of Steam community items for this game such as steam trading cards, animated avatars, avatar frames and even better a game profile. It will be the first bullet heaven game to have a game profile if ever.
