I'm a huge CK2/CK3 player. I never played EU4 and I dabbled with HOI4. I have played some Stellaris. But CK has always been my niche. EU5 is exceptional. I've heard a lot of negative things from EU4 fans. It reminds me when CK3 came out. CK2 was a complete full game with all the DLC's and CK3 just didn't have the content at first. CK3 is doing well now.

I like the game. I play the game. I like looking at maps and enjoying what I enjoy. For the devs, well done everyone! Happy to see the clausewitz engine doing well! A few things could improve performance which I'm sure you're all aware of.

I've spent 78 hours playing POE2 on arch linux (btw) with hyprland which uses wayland.

Long story short:

1. This game runs natively on linux. I played the first 20 hours using proton experimental. Then decided to text it natively. It runs perfectly fine native.

2. 10/10 highly recommend this game.

3. It reminds me of D2 and what I miss from ARPGs

4. It's going to grow and change a lot. aka has a bright future

5. You should spend the $30 and enjoy early access.

6. Did I mention it runs on arch linux natively btw?

Patch 3.0 broke the game on windows and linux. I can't connect to the game servers and constantly get an AVF error. Whatever changes made in 3.0 has basically made this game a complete waste of money. I liked the game. Sucks that I can't play it so I'll be returning the game as the developers have zero incentive to fix the game.

3 hours in and I absolutely love this game. Its a game I always wanted. Maybe down the road we could have characters instead of pictures of the character. Regardless, this game is epic.

10/10 highly recommend getting this game. This is how early access is meant to be. There's a lot of depth to this game and I look forward to many many hours in this game!

I do not recommend this game due to Sony. I've uninstalled this game and recommend everyone on PC uninstalling it if you've purchased it.

This is a very fun game. 10/10 would recommend if you like turn based RPG games!

Day 1:

Its early access. It reminds me of 2011 when KSP1 came out in EA.

It's buggy. It's hanky. It's not polished. It's what I expect from an early access game.

It's in active development.

It has so much potential. I've enjoyed it and I'm having a lot of fun with making ridiculous rockets.

I've put 52+ hours into Going Medieval. I really enjoy this game. I play a lot of hardcore shooters and games like Crusader Kings II/III. I enjoy how relaxing the game is. In it's current state it has a few issues that the dev team is actively working to fix. Join their Discord and you'll see how active they are. This is exactly what an Early Release should be like. A community that offers ideas, provides bug reports, and a dev team who updates their community. Changes will be coming and content will be added. The game in it's current state leaves you wanting more. It is really fun and it reminds me of Minecraft. You can build whatever you want in this game and you're simply managing food and defending your settlement from raiders. The raiders need some work to be a bit smarter in how they attack.

The good:
-Very enjoyable
-Somewhat challenging
-Relaxing
-Great look and feel
-Playability
-Sandbox style
-Construction is whatever you can imagine
-Game mechanics aren't too complicated

The Bad:
-Trebuchets either fire or they get abandoned
-Raiders only attack if you have a door. If you don't have a door, they'll walk aimlessly around
-Special events are cool but would love more
-There's a few cheese methods to prevent you from ever being attacked
-Red Zone is an annoying feature that limits you on the map


With all that said, if you're looking for an Early Access game to back and be part of, spend the $25 and get it. It's worth it and this dev team I think is going to make an awesome game.

This is my favorite FPS in a long time. I grew up playing CS when it was a mod on Half-life.

Positives:
-Smooth gameplay
-Graphics look amazing
-Audio is incredible and after 3 deployments to Afghanistan, some of the sounds are spot on with explosions and weapons firing
-Small but active community

Negatives:
-Please nerf the damn shotguns
-Nerf the ♥♥♥♥ out of 9mm, after 30m a 9mm shouldn't be accurate and will cause less damage over distance
-Rework the body armor, let it be useful where it can stop a .308/7.62 round instead of it just being dead weight
-Fix spawns on domination a bit where you don't get shot in the back 10 secs after respawn

Add crossplay so we can have a larger player base!
