Another great story with the adorable catgirls. Personally I have always been a big fan of Coconut, and from last game (Nekopara vol. 3) I started to fall more and more for Maple, too.
Each of the characters have their own personality with strenghts and weaknesses and all together it gives a well mixed cast.

One thing I quite enjoyed in this volume was that the girls got mixed up a bit in part of the story; that was a lovely change of pace as it does get a bit monotome with the usual Chocola/Vanilla, Azuki/Coconut and Maple/Cinnamon pairing uo. More of this would be highly appreciated.

I wouldn't recomment the adult patch - the scenes are quite overplayed (but at least there was a nice mix-up again in the final H-scenes). It is basically worth it if you want to collect all Extras. A lovely option was the "There are someone aound"/"There is no one around" which makes you be able to skip the H-scene or play it depending on if you are alone or not (the wife surely would look weirdly at me hearing Azuki moaning loudly...).

The base game, story, characters makes it a nice 8/10. Not bad.
