A sweet, relatively short (3-4 hrs to unlock everything) visual novel with a cute korean manhwa artstyle.

The emotions of the female lead are vivid and enticing no matter the story path you follow.
There are a lot of option on how to proceed through the story, with endings of true love, bittersweet love or decadence. The story itself is interesting and deep enough to immerse yourself into.

As a visual novel, it is very feature complete, allowing you to return to specific decisions to retrace into a different story path. Paths themselves are marked such that you can eventually figure out what you haven't seen yet.

H-scenes are rather heavily censored specifically around the genitals, but can still be enjoyed thanks to the artstyle and story. However, I'd rather think of this as a story-first game with added H-content.

Also, as this is a visual novel, there were no issues with performance.

10/10 would goon to uncen, but the law is the law.

In this game, you play as the french government. Fun, totally recommend.

Used to play this on the phone but stopped at some point. This game goes hard on a PC monitor ngl. Uoh.

As a man from the Baltic states, this is so real.

Obviously in the current age of gaming, the performance is about what you'd expect, with fps being roughly 60 or less with a 3060 on low settings.
*At +53hrs: Enabling upscaling in the options increases performance by up to half.

Gameplay wise, this honestly plays out more like a game of warno or wargame red dragon, with ai spamming troops into kingdom come. Somewhat of a shame considering it's predecessor, World in Conflict, had a legendary campaign mode. Additionally, the complexity of various systems is also comparable to the eugen systems' games. Now it can be extremely powerful when learned and mastered, but that requires either incessant clicking and fast reaction speeds, or perfect memorization of shortcuts. In comparison to WiC, where the vehicles special weapons were a single click away, it both complicates, but empowers the idea.

Aside from the downsides, the game itself is really cool. The setting of the baltics is sparsely explored in actual gaming outside of modding. The modern settings with very advanced weapons, laser systems and etc. is a very welcome sight in a time where most other strategy games only ever explored up to the cold war and no further. The ability to send vehicles back to base for rearmament and continued combat, aswell as logistics management is a GODSEND. The fact that there is even a VTOL !? I am SALIVATING.

Overall, if you have a good PC and enjoy strategy, I would recommend this with an 9/10, however from the standpoint of a lower-medium end machine and as an enjoyer of World in Conflict back in the day, and a player of WARNO and W:RD recently, I have to bring it down to 7/10.

Started to play one day, got my data wiped the next, but whatever. Wife material too big to pass up on this game. Anime gacha X-COM is absolutely bussin.

Very fun despite its unassuming appearance.
