Incredible atmosphere and environment design. The game world is large and sprawling, with quite a few secret areas. Combat is simple to an extent, which isn't a bad thing in this game's case. Some secrets can be a bit difficult and weird to figure out but I am also a smooth brained goblin so that might explain itself.
Do yourself a favor and go in as blind as possible and stay away from the wiki if you can.
