Sadly, I cannot recommend this game to anyone.

Problems:

1. Launching the game brings up the Unity graphics settings menu every time, so if you're already in VR, you have to swap to the desktop view to hit OK and continue launching the game.
2. Mouse movement and positioning will interfere with the game, if the pointer is left on top of the game's desktop window.
3. The game's floor doesn't calibrate properly. if you drop something, you'll never get it back.
4. Gun sound effects stopped working once I left the cabin.
5. Shooting a creature in the head creates tons of blood spatter, but it does not die. At least with the pistol anyway. I can't tell you what happens if you shoot something with a hunting rifle because I dropped it. The animals also make no sound.

Maybe it'll be better later on, but for now I'd hold off on it.

I am sorry you had a bad experience with my product and I do appreciate your feedback. The reason why there are Unity graphics settings is for people to adjust their resolution for the monitor, so other people can see it or for recording purposes; but I can see why it would be annoying. It will be fixed.

Mouse does not really interfere with the game, but if you could let us know about your setup and explain your issue better, I will address it asap.

Game's floor does calibrate properly. Your VR setup probably needs to be recalibrated in SteamVR for it to properly work. I've encountered same issue when my VR lighthouses were moved. SteamVR room setup fixed the issue, obviously.

I've never encountered In-game sounds disappearing after leaving the cabin either. The game is always being tested fully and a few times when each update rolls out. It seems like there's something wrong with your VR setup/PC, since I've never encountered a few of your issues.

Either way, if you could leave much detailed feedback in our community discussions, I will do my best to make sure your next experience is much smoother.
