Well after playing this through EA play, i initially liked the story line games (volta), but once I'd done that i was faced with playing online or the far more over complicated "normal" football.

It might be because i haven't played a football game in a number of years but there are just too many menus and adjustments your forced to make each time you play, this game is bordering on football manager mixed with a traditional football game. I just wanted a traditional football game without all the football manager micro adjustments. If your seriously into football this game is for you, if you are more casual gamer forget it play rocket league instead, which is exactly what I'm going back to now.

Thanks EA play you've saved me wasting my cash on this game as i wouldnt have enjoyed it beyond what ive played already.

The game was delivered expertly into my library. After clicking install steam perfectly began to download the game.

Upon completion of the download i clicked play and steam starts to launch the game. Then errrr..... ergo crash dumper.

So i try again. click play and steam starts to launch the game. Then errrr..... ergo crash dumper.

Tried restarting, updating, tried windowed, admin, different DX, changing settings in nvidea control panel and nothing works.

So to be entirely any game that fails at the first hurdle of being able to launch is a pretty poor effort from its creator.

So in conclusion - the game has more bugs than the most rancid hotel bed.

UPDATE: Refunded this game as it is unplayable on a modern system.

Just so you know i have a good spec i7 PC, loads of RAM, SSD space and a 2060. There is no reason for this not to launch (no issues with any of my games even ancient ones!)

A truely fantastic game, such a variety of trucks, skins etc and a game i always come back to even if i take a little break to play a new release.

The developer listens to the community and adds new stuff often. Keep up the good work!

Would love it if they could add spotify integration to my truck!

Well what can i say theyve done it again, an excellent game with great scope for DLC's in the future.

I echo other comments in that it is similar to ETS2 however i think its a little deeper. Theres little touches like police cars which light up and fine you if your speeding, theyre parked up too along the highways in places. Then theres tumble weed a nice touch. There was a nice sunrise whilst waiting at a stop junction, that was pretty impressive, i found myself ignoring the traffic and watching it.

I disagree with some comments made saying if you like ETS2 wait, I think if you like ETS2 buy this, if your not really sure about ETS2 then wait.

In terms of what you get on release, i think realistically there should have been about 6 states and 4 trucks, this would make the price tag a little more value for money. You have 2 states (+1 Arizona currently in development) and 2 trucks. However I am sure that there will be dlc bargins for exisiting game owners in the future (winks at SCS).

All in all, great game, hours of driving, a little deeper than ETS2, massive trailers and its in america!

Ok, well this really is a game of two halves, the online version (multiplayer) is based arounf free roaming, selling one car every 48 minutes (a pointless restriction), coop or multiplayer missions and hackers (theres loads of them). The online experience whilst I did some cool stuff I must say I was very disappointed, the missions lack any real depth. The single player version has a fairly good storyline, some good missions and actually isnt bad. The one thing that really is missing is being able to steal cars and sell them like noones business, you cant do that in single player unless its part of the mission to do that (I really dont understand that at all!!!). I mean for me that was the thing that made grand theft auto truely awesome, so for me whilst this has some good bits its pretty mediocre and not worth more than £10-15 in my opinion.

The game all MP's, councils and their contractors should do part of their mandatory training on.

You ask why? Well here goes:

Road capacity in Truro (Cornwall) is really bad.

Cities Skylines solution: Use the road upgrade tool to widen road or make road one way. Traffic flow improves, tax revenue improves and happieness increases.

Local council solution: Remove a lane and make it a bus lane! Traffic gridlock, buses cant get to bus lane due to traffic, happieness decreases, business revenue decreases, then council scraps bus lane at a cost of £60k. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-cornwall-34883680

If only they had played this game maybe they could have got it right.............
