Hello dear FaceIt Administration. Please, I'm begging you to relieve my ban. I truly believe this was a mistake, and I did nothing wrong. I follow the rules, and I love FaceIt with all my heart. Since the ban, it felt horribly. My mood is worse every day, and I even start getting red spots on my forehead from stress. I miss playing with my friend. Twitch viewers. The games. The competition. It was part of my life. Please. If there is any way to reduce the ban or lift it. I will be eternally grateful. I just want to come back and enjoy the game I love.
