Dungeon Defenders 1 has one of the most hostile support systems I’ve ever seen. After they updated their anti-cheat with new software from Valve, they did a mass ban wave. My friend’s PC restarted due to a Windows 11 issue and the anti-cheat immediately banned her from ranked. She tried to appeal through email — no response. When she opened a ticket in their Discord, she was instantly kicked and banned from the server. She made a new account just to reach out, and they blocked her DMs too. They even IP banned her so she couldn’t get back into the Discord at all. You can’t appeal a false ban. You can’t talk to support without getting blocked. The game literally locks you out and then punishes you for asking why. If this is how they treat their players, I can’t recommend it.

the graphics are awesome. the game is not as bad when playing solo.

I had a hickup but it seems to be resolved now. it took 2 days not bad.
Great game over all, nice co-op and non toxic players. only thing need improvement is platinum, there needs to be an easier way to get platinum.
