It doesn't have a "trojan" in it, as other people have commented.
This software injects code into your Explorer, so obviously it has false positives.

You should download this from the GitHub page, instead, where it's open source, if you're worried about it:
https://github.com/TranslucentTB/TranslucentTB

It is also available on the Windows Store.
