Gave it a shot but there are too many things broken in this game to justify the price compared to other fishing games on the market.

- Audio cuts out when you look at the map until you reload the level
- No fishing lure animations like a spinning spinner, a splashing frog, etc.
- Underwater cam shows many fish stuck and unable to move/interact
- Controls are very sluggish and clumsy, especially when casting
- Textures on Ultra look good if you're standing 30 feet away from the screen
- Post-processing graphics settings needs some tweaking. The bloom and blur don't make me feel like I am outside fishing, they make me feel like I am staring into a hazy light bulb. I generally like bloom in games.
- Water shaders are pretty poor even on Ultra. Just looks very blurry and weird, possibly related to the above (or the cause of it?)
- Multiplayer non-functional
- Deluxe Edition items were not received
- If your avatar has hair and you wear a hat, the hair will pop through the hat

Some of these are bugs that I assume will get cleaned up, and games are huge pieces of software. There are going to be bugs on release almost always. At the end of the day though, I found myself more frustrated than having fun and I would not recommend this game at the current price, especially considering the other games on the market.
