Absolute worthless game that only appeals to ♥♥♥♥♥♥ who think minmaxing, savescumming, and reloading for like 100 hours just to get a “good run” is gameplay, and then doing the same ♥♥♥♥ with a different weapon or armor is somehow “peak game design.”

These ♥♥♥♥♥♥ praise this game so much for no reason that it makes me think the only explanation is they’ve never played M&B and experienced an actually good medieval mercenary sandbox strategy game—they just glaze the ♥♥♥♥ out of this lackluster abomination. Seriously this game feels like it’s still in alpha with how barebones it is. Even Warband has like three times the options and mechanics, and here? You can’t even see the speed of parties on the map like what the ♥♥♥♥ is this game? There is no raiding, no interactions with lords or nobles, barely any dialogue or i should say meaningful dialogue, NO ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ HORSES. It's just "go from village to village doing the same 3-5 quests", going around random named locations and killing things or deliver cargo/guard caravan etc. and on the way kill something, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ snoozefest of a game, literally nothing interesting it's so obvious and lazy. I did a patrol quest where the game was like "just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ walk around the map and kill anything you see idfk" what a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ joke, it would be somewhat acceptable if the game's world or combat wasn't equivalent to a dried up ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ desert.

And of course, the cherry on top is a tutorial that’s barely there, so you have to scour Reddit posts and ♥♥♥♥ from fanboys just to learn the most basic ♥♥♥♥♥.

The only skill-expressive part of this game is positioning, which can either be insanely easy or ridiculously hard because the AI has bipolar disorder and does whatever the ♥♥♥♥ it wants.
I have no idea how people can defend this game, I can play similar "unforgiving" games like Kenshi and spend 90% my time getting ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and still end up enjoying the ♥♥♥♥ out of it because it's a good and rewarding game that also has anti-savescumming built into it which shows actual game design unlike this garbage piece of ♥♥♥♥.

And you reading this, if you are a fanboy of this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ then go and ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ buy Warband and play an actual ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ GAME instead of this "me look percentage, not good, me equip speer" simulator you ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ troglodyte.

Used to be a great game, kind of like a Mad Max PVP.

Now half the playerbase uses generic mech legs or hovers that throw any kind of skill expression out the window since they allow you to move in all directions and dodge/reposition/turn incredibly fast.

And the other half copies whatever high powerscore build they could find (preferably with legs) in the exhibit. Zero creativity left. You will hardly find anyone that actually built their own car.

On another note, being pure F2P is torture, trying to craft even one weapon will cost you 1/4 of your life.

Powerscore works against you. You want to bump it up as much as you can, (lower powerscore lobbies are full of bots) and then you end up with players who get their powerscore purely from the weapons they use...

For example: A weapon has 1000 powerscore, they have 3 of it on their car so just from the weapons alone they get 3k powerscore, and then with some armor and cabin etc. lets say it ends up at 5000 PS.

You put 3 of a gun that has 550 PS and to reach 4-5k you put decorations and more armor etc. Now you're at a severe disadvantage.

Matchmaking works by pairing up people with similar powerscores when it should instead only look at the rarity of the weapons and overall parts. Many "pros" do what i described to basically "smurf" on noobies with their high-tier weapons and wheels.

I love Madness but this game is just mash buttons and win type of game. Its too ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ repetitive and feels too slow to be a Madness game, combat is fancy but not great and Madness is mostly about gunfights but in this game guns have like 10-20 bullets so you gotta use melee which gets boring fast, also guns are too op anyways when you use guns the game becomes too easy. Also controls are not the best grabbing and dropping weapons are so clunky and tiresome. It just doesn't have the same feel of those old browser Madness games, but its cheap so yeah.
