it's good

I backed this game over three years ago and played an early alpha in 2018. The game has obviously grown immensely, but the core was just as powerful back then. The conversations feel as engaging as combat, and the combat is the most refreshing I've played in a long time. The various psychological stats, alongside classics like endurance and strength, make for an entirely new and highly engaging playstyle. With beautiful art assets and a sumptuous character screen to play with, this game will take anyone who enjoys role-playing to a whole new level. Highly recommended.

This raccoon is truly alive. Beautiful original artwork. I could listen to the main menu for hours. Literally infinite value.

Maybe I just suck but I cannot get a single W as the Hunter. Played long enough to unlock Deerhead which is all I wanted to do anyway. Only got like two executions total in over an hour. You literally cannot see the Scavengers, and even when I'm up close, I'm shooting them, and I stun them, they disappear before my eyes. Ammo is limited, and I spend most of the time "hacking" boxes and sending up drones that don't help. (free weekend)

Cool so far. Some of the mechanics are a little confusing but basic combat and gear are easy enough to figure out. I'm not super versed in mmos, either, but this plays like an action rpg no doubt about it. It kept me up all night, so I guess that's a good sign for the game.

This game is amazing, but please just get Warband. I spent like 70 hrs in this game, probably 20 of it could have been saved with the map speed increase in Warband. Also, you can be king in Warband.

This game is seriously amazing. Full-bodied medieval war simulator. Start as one guy (or girl), gather some fresh recruits, shape them into an army, gain reputation, build rapport or infamy with lords and ladies, start a business, play with supply and demand across the country, take castles, start a kingdom, slice and dice in third or (pretty bad) first person, headshot noob Khergits on horseback, and upgrade stats on you and your companions. Little tiny bits of dialogue here and there aren't quite enough to immerse you in the "lore", but the gameplay itself does more than enough to make sure you aren't aware of anything but the drive for conquest.
