Honestly to be lactose intolerant has really been a hindrance on me, I get harassed everywhere I go, people are always like "what did the lactose ever do to you?" And "in this day and age of inclusion and racial divide how can you be so open about being intolerant of the lactose?" I go home everyday and cry myself to sleep, I just want to tolerate the lactose but my body won't let me. It's not that I personally have anything against the lactose, it's just that my body reacts negatively whenever I'm with the lactose and people take that personally. I'm tired of this, I can't continue on in this life filled with hate and fear of being marginalized for my body's intolerance of the lactose.

Last night I made dinner and again took one of these pills, then took another (just in case) since the bottle states ‘If you continue to eat foods containing diary after 30-45 minutes, take another one.’ I almost immediately felt lethargic and fell asleep on the couch, I woke up after an hour thinking I ate too much but a few minutes after waking I started feeling really nauseous exactly like earlier the week, this time I knew it was these pills. Again, I was violently vomiting until nothing left in my system, then diarrhea, then puking again, then both at the same time. I again laid on the floor wanting my mother. I looked it up on the internet if anyone else had this problem and I found 27 reviews saying the same thing. I was desperate, so I called the poison center to see if they had any suggestions of how to help, half expecting them to say, ‘oh yeah I hear this all the time, you need to do this,’ Instead, they just suggested I ride it out.
