So most of my life since middle school, I would feel so lustful over anything. Whether it’s girls in crop tops, girls I find attractive, or whatever it may be. I think at this point I've hit rock bottom with my addiction. The crazy thing is, I was able to overcome it a couple of years ago, but now I'm back at it once again. Whenever I feel lustful, I get an urge to masturbate, and no matter how hard I try to evade it, I give in. I don't wanna get too personal here but why is this so hard to control? When I try to masturbate, I usually manage to stop as soon as it's about to happen. Does that still count? I always feel like "just one more time", and then next thing you know, I'm relapsing every single time. I'm tired of treating women like objects, they're more than just that. What can I do to finally put an end to this problem and never deal with it again? I'm tired of getting the urge to masturbate every single time I feel lustful or see anyone attractive. I want to love, not lust.
