Hi people. I am an Italian and a morning person so if you try to mess with me, prepare to have a blast of my anger. But, don't worry. I'm calm and serene most of the time. Don't push your luck though!!

First I start with a good dose of Food. Add in a little bit of food. Maybe food some more food when I'm not feeling it I'll add in a little food to help boost my food. Then add in like 10million grams of food in a week and switch to a food blast or a food cut if I want to look good. I'll probably food tonight after working out. Add in a sprinkle of food should give me mad gains.
