music goes too hard, very distracting

Overall pretty fun.The bits where you play as a different character are annoying and in my opinion too frequent though.

The artstyle is very endearing and the puzzles take place in well designed dioramas. Although it is a bit of a shame how little there is to do in each one, meaning it is very possible to just "accidentally" get the solutions for the puzzles very quickly and just skim past each individual area since you only need to find 3 objects which are very easily spotted in some of the levels. My favorite puzzles by far are the ones that had more than a single screen to look at since they took a bit longer to solve. It's a relaxing little game and it's fun while it lasts. Good for what it is but has potential to be a lot more.

The singleplayer is great but lets face it, if you're reading this, you want know if the online is fun

Short answer: No

Longer answer: Theres just too much ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ in online now. The stupid Crotch rocket Oppressor Mk2 spam-players around every corner, Gankers, people who fight with nothing other than explosives. If you intend to play public lobbies, you're better off just not spending your money on this game. If you have a group of friends who you can play invite-only lobbies with then sure, buy this. But that really defeats the purpose of an online game in my eyes.

If you're into space games and know how to take what you want from a game instead of being spoonfed instructions, this is absolutely great.

If you prefer games that have a single, fixed, storyline, then this is not the right game for you.

All in all, i think it's great

I've got to say, i'm slowly losing hope for this game. I've been playing it for a fairly long time and am sad to see the playerbase keep shrinking but what can i expect from an online shooter thats this old?

There's just too many mechanics that are just straight up antiquated, the developers dont listen to the community (or communicate at all), it's more or less impossible to get a match for anything other than the core gamemodes, the match making systems for both, Mann vs Machine and competitive games are a complete joke and the long promised heavy update seems to just have been forgotten. Of course i cant really say anything too bad about Team fortress 2 since the game is literally free but if you're just looking for something to sink your time into, you're probably better off looking for something else at this point.

The learning curve is incredibly steep, there's basically no tutorials, all info needs to be seeked out externally, it runs on an antique engine, the last couple weapon rebalances were a complete joke that nobody asked for and items are simply too hard to obtain if you dont want to spend money. And if you DO want to spend money, the mann co. store is a nice trap for people who dont know any better to drop like $10 / 10€ on a single weapon when they could get multiples of EVERY weapon for $2 / 2€
