It's a good game, but for some reason, even on the lowest settings, it crashes about every time I try to play it.. :(

So, I need help, I can't figure out if I have the game or not, because when I try to press play, it takes me to this wierd screen but doesn't load, and at some times it says I have to purchase the game and even when I press that, it takes me to this wierd screen. Idk what to do, but I need help figuring this out. :/
