Up front I'm gonna say you should buy this game on sale, the gameplay is fantastic but the amount of gameplay is not worth $40.
THAT BEING SAID.

This game has a perfect mix of fun (but often very challenging) minigames mixed in with your standard 4 lane rhythm gameplay. These work in tandem to create a really aggravating but addictive loop of 'wow that was fun but i only got 1 star, i'll stop when i get 3 stars' and you'll be stuck there for a WHILE trying to achieve perfect gameplay.

I've only played this game in a group (which I recommend) as the challenges are actually really difficult for 1 person to manage. This really hits all the fun aspects of rhythm while also not being afraid to tell the user to get good and for that, I appreciate it.

Just keep in mind, the rhythm game is the easy part. Enjoy!

Most satisfying gunplay I've ever seen, feels punishing at times but mostly fair.
One of the best guns in the entire game is the first one available so that's nice :)
