Ingredients:
For the potatoes and sausage:
2 cups baby potatoes, halved or quartered
1–2 sausage links (e.g., smoked sausage, kielbasa, or bratwurst), sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
For the spicy dipping sauce:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1–2 tbsp Sriracha or hot sauce (adjust to taste)
1 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
1 tsp lime juice or vinegar
Pinch of garlic powder
