Huge huge fan of the lack of handholding in this game. The lack of proper funding for this game does become more apparent the further you get into this game which is a shame as something with double the size whilst keeping all the incredible mysteries and organic storytelling would have put this closer to a 9 or 10. Overall though it's hard to fault how great this game is with the shoestring budget these guys had to work with. The eerieness of the world and constant mystery are fantastic. Genuinely reckon a sequel with a higher budget and a less rushed ending could be incredible if they just extract everything that worked from this game.

Solid - nothing truly special but enjoyable discovering the mystery of the world. Character wise it is lacking but gameplay mechanics are solid enough to keep bringing me back and the unique premise does a lot of the heavy lifting.

A unique premise and an interesting blend of base management and adventure/exploration within one game at an affordable price. Add to that a compelling story that makes you feel in control and able to affect change throughout and you're left with an incredibly solid game.

Simply the best Fallout game and one of the best RPGs around. Brilliant stuff.

Out of all the various fantasy-action-RPG-open world variants this is up there amongst the greatest.

A classic of its era, it stands today as the greatest GTA game ever made. It however has never and will never be in contention for greatest Rockstar game.

Overall it is nothing more than minor improvements over its predecessors. However, the additions to the game are interesting and the formula that makes the game so successful continues to work perfectly. I can think of no better game to play whilst on the road, on a long train or plane journey.

One of the most fun casual games you can find. Brings back every memory that I had in my childhood and then some and of course, a great rendition of the Star Wars story.

Abandoning much of what the original Assassin's Creed games offered, AC Odyssey is probably the last hurrah in what is now a tired and over milked series. The series was dying a slow death after Unity and Odyssey (and by extension Origins) are one last attempt to give the series a firey restart. In the end, AC Odyssey is a good game on its own, whilst being a dissapointment for the series as a whole. The setting and characters are at least of particular interest to me and the core gameplay is fun enough to eek a pretty lengthy playthrough of the game.

Overall, a tight, well balanced strategy game.
