So, I think this can be reviewed very easily.

The Game: My first entry into the Yakuza series and I'm blown away. I really REALLY am enjoying this game so far. I've even went ahead and bought Yakuza 0, Yakuza Kiwami and Yakazua Kiwami 2 for the backburner. Highly recommend.

The Publisher: Dear god, SEGA really? Lock content behind a DLC that is normally in games? I have to pay to use New Game+? That's very scummy anti-consumer practice that needs to stop. QUICK.

Overall as this is meant to be a review for the GAME, I'd highly recommend it to anyone even if you have not played Yakuza before! (It definitely makes more sense if you've played the other games, but personally it didn't ruin the experience for me not knowing everything.)
