Would like to speak to you about items in your tf2 inventory

Hello. Could you reopen this commit https://github.com/ValveSoftware/source-sdk-2013/pull/1595 ? From the last comment, I suspect it was closed because of the stomp revert. I hope this didn't let you down. Valve really sucks at fixing one thing and sticking with it. This was already like the 5th case where they reverted a fix. I hope you are doing well.
