It's like if you combined final fantasy xvi with asuras wrath and made it medieval. The game has so many jaw dropping moments that give you chills and for lack of a better term the game is just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ awesome. Tight gameplay, very fascinating characters and world, killer soundtrack. The game has it all.

Fallout 4 in space with better gunplay. Sometimes gives a little bit of vibes from mass effect, metro, and even a touch of dead space in some missions. Main quest is like a 7/10 and worth experiencing but just like I’m sure you’ve heard before, side content overshadows the main quest often and even consistently, and for me that is not a problem at all. Dialogue and writing overall is a consistent improvement over fallout 4’s in my opinion as well, though I’m sure you can find some bad writing in the game. Love the customization of all of your gear including ship, and though it is a fair complaint about immersion for space travel I enjoy the system how it is personally, I am able to go land on any spot on any planet and build an outpost ala no man’s sky lite added on top of the existing Bethesda rpg. There are small flaws like the games version of lock picks being under misc items in inventory, and I used to miss mini maps but honestly… I kind of like having to either follow the line on the floor of im too lost or ♥♥♥♥ around and explore the interior now. Overall this game is exactly what I wanted it to be and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Maybe some day I’ll actually complete the main quest but until then it’s time to keep going with the flow and going from one side quest or activity to the next. At this point, I personally give the game, a 9/10, though that may change later on because there’s still so much more to do in the game to say the least even after my 35 hours.
