After early PUBG, I haven't had as much fun in a Battle Royale as I did with Bloodhunt. Everything about it is on point. The feel of melee weapons included - something notoriously diffcult to balance against guns, yet they managed. Everyhing about the design choices, unlocks, progression, the gameplay itself, the way every match could go differently and the living world you descend into every time. You can build different every time - you can have a completely different experience every time, and it runs on old machines. This game having never made it big is a tragedy that I will never stop mourning. The same way I never stopped mourning the original APB befre it was sold, the original Rocket League before it was sold, PUBG before lootcrates, Dawngate before EA shut it down before beta and before marketing it...Its one of those games that will stay with me as an open sore - proof that quality, time, expertise, fun, care - too often loose to something like one bad leader, or another company that heavily invests in marketing just to deliver garbage.

I was sure I'll never get an idler. After Loafing Town, I'm sure I won't be working without one.

I enjoy it even if it has seen many changes from demo through web version and now release. I'm certain it will continue to get better as it has an active dev. As someone who liked vampire survivors but also likes a more relaxing experience with progression, this hits the sweetspot for me.

I will change my review if controller support is added and terrible performance is optimized. Demo is, at this time, unplayable on steamdeck.

What a fantastic, addicting game! It has a satisfying loot and progression system, cozy lighthearted plot, great build variety and combat feel, difficulty modifiers and rewards for taking on challenges. 10/10 will play again and again.

There is something very cozy about this game. Modern, satisfying gun feel and upgrade system, with something reminiscent of old quality games. Well balanced levels, addicting gameplay loop. Thumbs up.

Thank you, developer. I love everything about it and will likely spend every phonecall this year playing it to keep my creative energy occupied. I have ADHD, a development company of my own, a dayjob, and another job in tech. Rarely can I play a game while working and justify the time.

This is the game. It is really a creative outlet for city-observers. For the city-dwellers that love cities for cities sake. For those who love humans and rarely get to enjoy the civilizations we built. For dreamers alike!

As a long-time co-op lover, this game is everything you would hope it to be.

It feels rewarding, well balanced, and does not ask me to subscribe.

The matchmaking is seamless, the classes are interesting.

Upgrades make every run feel fresh.
