This is how the phishing site works:
1) you sign in and it fails since the steam code sent doesn't work.
2) Website asks you to enable Steam Mobile Authentication.
3) Once you set it up and log in, the website loads and you pick the team and vote.
4) After about 3-4 days they log into the effected account and send messages while blocking people one after another.
They only had access to my mobile account. It's a brilliant was to phish people, but in all honesty it was easy to notice when I seen my friends being blocked. Sorry to have them bother you. I'll be more careful next time.
If you followed the instructions, please reset your password immediately after you disable the Steam Mobile Authentication. They will have backdoor access to your account until you do.
Check your friends list and make sure they didn't send messages so others through you.

To all those who were messaged by my account today (2/14/2022) and maybe yesterday (2/13/2022), I became a victim of a phishing website that stole my steam mobile verification credentials. I clicked the link for some CS:GO or some stupid team ♥♥♥♥. Do not click the link or follow their instructions. They have blocked me from seeing the messages they sent so once I find out who they sent messages to, I will do everything I can to let you all know. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
