This is a linear story game that is maybe about 3 hours long at most. Somehow I have 100 hrs in the game. This world has occupied my mind ever since I first played at the age of maybe 7 or 8. Portal 2 is a masterclass in world building and character. Years later, I see this game as an essential part of my outlook on life, as it perfectly encapsulates my own fear of what the world could look like. They didn't just imagine a bunch of puzzles involving a portal gun, they created context and a society around said gimmick. It's a beautiful experience.

This is agame that I always reccomend to people, wondering if they'll understand it, and somehow they usually tell me that they enjoyed it. The world feels so real, even if the microsoft paint clone gameplay is super bare bones. In fact, the lack of features sort of pushes the creativity of the user. It's also interesting to try and find out what these computerized freaks of nature want from you in a painting when they say stuff like "I miss when paint was not actually real" and walk away.

I played this game over 20 years after its release, and was still amazed. Some games are intriguing because of their story. Half life is a game, where you play it, you win, and then you think "what in susan B anthony's name was this dingleborg of a game?" You basically go around and then eventually fight a fleshy mommy thing. WTF. This game kicks ass, and without it, we wouild not have the best game ever (CS)

My life is like a video game.... yeah. (G.O.A.T. simulator) This game ♥♥♥♥♥. Only game where the devs intentionally don't patch anything. Based and squeemish pilled.

Looking for a goofy game where your character says ♥♥♥♥ like "take this ya ole ransackle shoewagoner bafoon!" and "gahdilldly damn you know youre a redneck when your sippin sasparilla out ya cowboy hat, ya idiot!" then this is the game for you. All I am saying is that once upon a time, counter strike (aka the best video game ever) was just a little half life mod made by some dude in his mama's basemement. Perhaps FOF will become as legendary as CS has. (Jebediah out)

Warning: MID. I love waiting 10 minutes with a 4 stack of friends to play survior. The aesthetics are cool ASF (They're bussing) but it doesn't matter when the primary gameplay loop doesn't really take advantage of the horror. Sitting around doing QTE skill checks is boring, and it was only really suspenseful the first 4 times that I played the game. After that, I just sort of became numb to the sound of a scary guy approaching, and stopped really giving a freak about this game. The nurse is kinda bad tho.

This game is goofy sometimes but I cant really get into it enough to see all that it has to offer. Its best enjoyed playing split screen on an xbox with someone who you like to troll. Its good though I think.
