Getting this game running on my PC was not difficult at all... I'm using a gaming laptop running Windows 11...
... all I had to do was download a file from NVIDIA's website called 'PhysX_9.10.0224_SystemSoftware.exe', install it, and the game ran just fine. (Throughout my playtime, the game has only crashed on me once.)

Context for this Review
I originally played this game on PS3 when it was originally released in 2008. Trophies were eventually patched into this game and I went for the 100%, but I was unfortunately unable to beat the final boss of the game on the hardest difficulty so I am missing (1) trophy for this game. 😔

REVIEW
I REALLY like this game. I think it's fun, if not a little challenging and frustrating at times. The most frustrating aspect of this game, imho, is using the bionic arm to traverse the game world - it is EXTREMELY timing-based... so much so that sometimes it feels like it is a matter or sheer luck or not that determines whether or not you can get the grapple that you are looking for. (If you are thinking "skill issue" - that's valid, but I think most people that have put alot of time into this game - as I have - would agree with me.)

Also, since I brought up trophies up above, I just want to note here that this game does not support STEAM achievements.

Overall, I think this game is great. The graphics for the environments aren't that amazing, but the character models look great. Some things that REALLY stand out to me about this game: the EXCELLENT soundtrack, the humor of the writing for this game, the challenge this game offers.

I will just end this "review" by saying that this game could REALLY use some sort of updated guide or YouTube video - ideally someone would post complete maps of all the stages in their entirety. But alas, unfortunately this is a mostly forgotten and somewhat difficult-to-access game of a bygone era, so I doubt that will ever happen.
