------------ Con esta receta salen aproximadamente 24 alfajorcitos.
200 gr manteca / mantequilla / margarina
200 gr harina 0000
300 gr fécula de maíz (maizena)
1/2 cucahradita bicarbonato
2 cucharaditas polvo de hornear (yo las pongo bien colmadas)
150 gr azúcar (se puede reemplazar por azúcar impalpable)
3 yemas
1 cucharada coñac
1 cucharadita esencia de vainilla
1 cda ralladura de limón

cantidad necesaria dulce de leche repostero y coco seco
