How to remove parallax effect.
1. Right click on Neon City Rain Drops (in the Wallpaper UI menu where you choose Wallpaper).
2. Select Open in Explorer.
3. Open the js folder
4. Open the index.min file (Notepad or WordPad).
5. Press ctrl+F and enter to search W.width*2-1,y:i/W.height*2-1
6. Changing values on W.width*0-1,y:i/W.height*0-1
7. Save.
8. Apply Wallpaper.
