Stellaris, where to begin with this game in all honesty?

I purchased Stellaris before 2.0, back when there were still three different modes of FTL. While the game certainly has changed a lot, I feel like it has been for the better. My recommendation is to pick it up on sale, as base price + the DLC is not worth the price it regularly sits at. Especially when some of the content added by them is, lackluster to say the least.

This game is one of the best 4X's i've ever layed my eyes on, sure it has bugs but it also has a great and brilliant modding community. Mod's like STA3 and DOTR is what helps keep this game alive. Also, almost 600 hours, still cant beat a hard A.I.
