Absolutely worthwhile if you're a fan of the boomer shooter genre. It's not the same as Doom Eternal and that's honestly not a bad thing! It's fresh, high speed with a take on keeping close to the enemy and rushing them down with lots of fancy technical ability.

You're far better off playing the remastered edition. It's beautiful sure but the story is absolutely terrible. I don't care for the war games game mode at all. As someone who supported this back when they were collecting the kickstarter like Fig buy in I am severely disappointed.
