Let me start out by saying I'm not someone who usually plays 3D platformers, and yet I immediately hooked on this game. It's a great example of 'easy to pick up, hard to put down'. The main reason for this is that the platforming and combat feels very responsive and satisfying. The encounters aren't too difficult, but challenging enough to intrigue.

I absolutely loved the artstyle and environment design in this game. I think it cannot be understated how amazing the atmosphere of this game is, like it said: it's PERFECT for Halloween! The music and sound design are fantastic and complement the art direction really well. It's a joy to play and I often just walked around looking at the vistas!

Another reason to pick this game up is the humor in it - it's really funny! Not in a cringy or done-to-death kinda way, but in a clever and self-aware kind of way. The storyline is weird and wacky, which fits this game perfectly. It works well for tying the gameplay progression into some sort of logical plot. Plus you get to kill Santa at some point!
