This game is simply beautiful. I started my first playthrough thinking this was just a cute and spicy otokonoko dating VN about a maid cafe- that playthrough ended in me being an emotional wreck.

The game has quality writing and I quickly became attached to the characters. Attesting to this, the game really became a tear jerker once I got towards the end. I cried like 3 separate times, including during the ending/credits, after which I continued tearing up for like 15 minutes while just sitting there contemplating what I had just played and writing part of this review. There were also some twists I didn't see coming.

Not only is the game's writing beautiful, but the art is too. The maids have great designs and Live2D makes them much more lively than static sprites, the backgrounds all look really nice, and the CGs look awesome. I just wish the maids were a little more expressive.

I also like the relative non-linearity of the routes due to the point system. In my first playthrough I got the Nanase ending, but my choices were all over the place. I had originally decided to go for Ayase's ending, but a few scenes in I changed my mind to Nanase's ending, but when I had the opportunity to go on Ayase's date I went on it, and after that date I yet again changed my mind to Nanase and ended up going on her date where things got spicy. I was worried all this flip-flopping would've gotten me the bad ending, but I ended up getting the Nanase ending like I wanted.
