I have not been so dedicated to exploring every corner of a world, every inch of content, and finishing every side story since Undertale and Omori. Do yourself a favor and don't look up anything about this game beyond seeing if its combat system is right for you, go into it otherwise completely blind and you'll be rewarded for it.

Just be in the right mind space for feels and take a break if needed, but once you start don't not finish the story.

Or wait for the remastered special edition in ten years, Expedition 33: Prepare to Cry Edition

What can I say that others have not? It's Terraria, it's amazing, and some people have made amazing mods for it even too over time.

11/10 would die to Calamitas again.

If you're a lore-hunting secret-solving community-driven type of person you'll love this game. Similar to a few other hit games and shows in recent years there are a LOT of secrets to be found here and a lot more going on behind the scenes.

If horror games are 2spooky5u even though you want to join in and have a good time. Worry not, this game has great atmosphere to it but there are no planned cheap jumpscares to scare you away from it.

Of course, the game is co-op focused so those of us with social anxiety can have issues if not just playing with friends... but at the same time, soloing is possible, if a tad difficult!

As it is, of course, in early access there aren't a LOT of missions to do right now but with the gameplay as it is I am perfectly content with repeating similar styled missions time and time again as each game gives a different experience with what does change in every match.

The different specs, admittedly, may be a bit imbalanced with joke caller and drone being way on top- but as balance changes come out or as new enemies arrive I'm sure the others will become more viable as well.

To top everything off and looping back around to the lore... as many have said, the devs interact on such a personal level, as well as those that portray the gods, that it really gives the game a different feel to it. Respeccing by sacrificing yourself is a neat idea, and I'm sure we'll be seeing in the future what impact all those sacrifices have.

Had feels, need fluff.

One of the early choice options killed me: Being able to say that you have a level 110 frost mage. Well, yes, I do actually have a 110 frost mage... and a 110 arcane mage... and a 110 fire mage... Kill me.

The humor is great thus far, storytelling is excellent, though of course we'll have to seei f that continues over time I'm expecting great things- Though I'm just a sucker for these types of games too of course.
