A very good game. It's great to see Call of Duty go back to its roots instead of that futuristic crap we've been getting the past few years. I've been playing this a lot since release and I have thoroughly enjoyed it.

The campaign is excellent albeit a little bit short imo.

The multiplayer is good too. I personally love the War mode feature, excellent addition to COD WW2.

I would however warn you that there is lag spikes every minute or two in multiplayer. I know for a fact its not a problem of PC specs but rather something else in the game. I'm not the only one having this issue. I've got a GTX 1060 6GB, I7 7700 CPU and 8GB RAM with over 100fps on high settings whilst playing online. Yet every 2 minutes or so I get this insanely annoying spree killing lag spike. They need to address this issue before any other issue is addressed.

This is an excellent game. I bought the game soon after its release in 2013 and it is highly addictive. The sheer replayability of this game means that it will be hard to get bored of it.

(THE TUTORIAL)

So where do I start? Upon opening the game you are presented with the main menu. The first thing many newbies probably do is click on the tutorial in hopes of learning the game. The game itself can be a bit hard to get your head around at the start, and the tutorial unfortunately doesn't delve very deep into it. (seems to be a common theme with every Paradox game I've played) If you go onto YouTube you should find more in depth tutorials that explain everything a bit more thoroughly.

(GETTING INTO THE GAME)

Upon clicking on Singleplayer, you are presented with a massive map of the world with various different countries on it. ALL of these countries are playable. To the left you have a tab which shows you many different scenarios. The games timeline spans from 1444 - 1821. The first scenario is 1444 'Rise of the Ottomans'. This is the one most people will pick if they want to start a new game. New players will most likely select the Ottomans or Castille as their first game as these countries are both in good positions in 1444. Like I said previously, the games replayability is near infinite. Want to play as England and change history by beating France in the 100 Years War? You sure can. Want to play as Byzantium and defeat the Ottoman Empire? Yes, you sure can. Want to play as one of the North American tribes and beat back the Western European colonisers? Yes, you can. That isn't all, there is so much more you can do in this game that I haven't mentioned.

(CONCLUSION)

I highly reccomend this game. It was my first ever Paradox game and I still play it today. If you are thinking about buying this game, then I'd strongly urge you do to so.

Early Access Review
I bought this game just soon after it was released as EA in 2013, christmas day 2013 to be precise. It is not the 21st of August 2015, and this game is still in EA. This game had potential, but if it is still EA by the beginning of 2016. Then it is doomed to eternity, unless they get their act together and fix the problems instead of adding new features. Problems should come first, then extra features

I am pretty sure towards the end of 2014 they said that after a while into 2015 it would be released as BETA, but it is now August 2015, and 2016 is just over the horizon, still we don't have no BETA.

I would change my opinion of this game if it wasn't in EA for so long, but due to it being EA since 2013, its pretty much broken. Zombies if I am correct still manage to walk through doors. AND I MEAN NOCLIP btw.

Wow, Brilliant. Well done SCS. just did a job from Manchester to somewhere in Sweden. Great detail. Most detailed part of the map in my opinion. Maybe in future we will see more map DLCs. Like a Balkans region add on. Maybe an extension for Italy and maybe a Spain extension since Spain was in the very first Euro Truck Simulator.

Euro Truck Simulator 2 is a very relaxing game. Relaxing because, well, it just is. Euro Truck Simulator 2 lands you in Europe. You first of all pick what city you want your Virtual trucking company HQ at. Then you start off with a small amount of cash. However, you don't start off with your own truck. So, until you can rack up the money to be able to afford one of trucks, Such as, MAN, Scania, Iveco, DAF, Volvo ETC. You need to do some jobs working for a company. You do this by going to the Job Market and picking a job. A truck is provided for you to complete the job. There is also the freight market which is where you can take jobs with your own truck. (Assuming you have one)

Euro Truck Simulator 2 has a multiplayer mod. Allowing you to play alongside people online in 2100 capacity servers. It's a fun and addicting game in which relaxes you and allows you to explore countries such as the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Poland, Austria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Switzerland, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Hungary and parts of Italy.

Euro Truck Simulator 2 is also very realistic. It has speed limiters for certain roads. It tells you in which speed you should be driving on your GPS. You can be jackknifed if you take turns to fast. The game also has a sleeping simulation. After a certain amount of time you will become tired and will have to stop, refuel, and park at a parking bay and rest.

I'd defo reccomend this game as it is very relaxing. If I had another name for this game it would be 'Speed Camera Simulator' as you can easily be caught off guard by various speed cameras placed across the map, which often fine you for going over the speed limit.

On a final note, if you are playing the multiplayer mod. Beware of the Russian drivers. They are crazy. I was once in Hungary driving to Debrecen and I was cruising along the motorway and this Russian on the other side of the motorway decided to come through the gap down the wrong side of the road. He nearly well hit me. But I just narrowly missed him. I was lucky.

10/10 would get mauled by Russian drivers again.

This game is fun, actually better than the main game, Red Orchestra Ost Front. Darkest Hour: Europe '44- '45 is a fun to play FPS game, it features loads of roles, such as Artillery Officer, Corporal, Rifleman, Tank Driver, Recon and much more! despite this game not having a huge amount of servers up. It's still great to play, there is maps ranging from Normandy, Operation Market Garden, Battle of the Bulge, and then maps into Germany itself. 8/10, really good game. P.S, If you want a good server, then try one of the 29th ID servers, the guys there are nice, helpful, and there is always a good amount of people in the server.

Early Access Review
8/10 brilliant, I bought this game a year ago when it was released in early access, and its a very good game, its just about to come out of beta now and into full release, and it has drastically improved since it was first released. You can play as Germans, French, British and the Canadians, a decent range of weapons ranging from the Lee Enfield to the Gewher 98! If you are not sure whether this is worth buying, I'd advise you to buy it. Really fun!
