Hey, I saw you mention a "Skill Point Limiter" mod for Borderlands 2 in a discussion, but can't find it anywhere. Would you mind telling me where to find it?

I wanted to do a playthrough of Borderlands 2 with zero skill points (Apart from the action skill), but the only mod I could find that does something even remotely similar to this is one that gives you five early skill points (Which is the opposite of what I want to do).
