I love Destiny 2. I easily have over 2,000 hours into this game across all platforms. It's one of those shooters that you can time sink into. The story can either be one of the best you've seen or it can be extremely lackluster. There is no in between. The abilities, guns, and supers allow for an almost unlimited availability for creativity in how you design your builds. This game is truly special.

With all of that being said. I do NOT recommend this game to new players. In fact, just to jump into this game, you're looking at a $100+ committment and if you want to experience all of the content, sorry for your luck. Years 1 and 2 (Red War and Forsaken) are no longer even available to play. Not to mention, Shadowkeep and Beyond Light no longer have the ability to play their campaigns on legendary for the legend rewards. So that's Years 1-4 that are heavily or completely absent. Years 5 and 6, Witch Queen and Lightfall are still there and mostly available to all, but you'll be hard pressed to find anyone actually playing through the Witch Queen campaign on a regular basis, so any of the strikes you may be going through on your own...

I love this game. It's one of my all time favorite games. But the way that Bungie designed content integration is just.... really bad.

There have been many games that have come before it, and many that will come after. None have or will offer such a dynamic and enjoyable connection between you, the player, and the vast assortment of npc's. The world is vast while still feeling manageable to explore. The items, classes, and features gained are all true to Dungeon's & Dragons, and if they are not, I have found they actually improved upon them and the change came out that much better.

If you like role playing games, CRPG's, Dungeon's and Dragons, or if you don't like any of those things, I promise you will find something here to sink your teeth into. Game of the Year without a shadow of a doubt.

A game I have played numerous times on the PlayStation, revisiting it years later on PC after several years past my last completion, I have to say this game is just as good as I remember it. The world is drop dead gorgeous, the story is enthralling, and Aloy is a masterclass in protagonists. If you’ve somehow never played this game, I implore you to do so.

Hi-Fi Rush is a rhythm game at its heart, but after an hour of playing, you almost forget that part. Your body and rhythm automatically sync up to it. Every time you put it down and come back to it, there will be a few minutes of awkward adjustment, but overall, the game is easy to pick up and play!

The world is vibrant and the art direction is rich. The soundtrack alone is enough for me to recommend this game but even more so for how it integrates into the gameplay

The story itself you can expect to beat in roughly 10 hours of play unless you rush through, but I would recommend taking your time and enjoying the game and all it has to offer!

Hades was a game I wasn't interested when it first released. I bought it for the Switch and attempted to play it on my Switch Lite but always died within the first 4-5 chambers. After a few hours of attempts over a month I finally decided I just wasn’t very good at the game and put it down. Trying it again on PC is like a whole different game.

I have made it to the end of Elysium twice and there is so much about this game that makes you just stare in awe. The art style is breath taking, the voice acting mesmerizing and the story thus far bittersweet.

It’s been a long time since an indie game such as this has made me fall in love but I feel I may end up putting dozens if not hundreds of hours into this game.

Ah. Call of Duty. One of the most popular and best selling first person shooters on the market. I can say, without a shadow of a doubt, this is the first genuinely good COD in a long time. The game feels fresh, moves well, the guns are mostly accurate, and the maps are fun. The only issues I have with the game are those that have been consistent since Cod 4. Hit box issues galore and servers that seem to cause lag often. Hit box issues have plagued COD for years and I’m sure that’s not going to stop, but this year it feels like it has become an issue that I could not ignore anymore. And the Servers for COD have always been bad. If you think otherwise, you must be self hosting somehow….

Disregarding the fact that EA games need their own launcher and can't be hosted by Steam, Madden 22 has a lot of connectivity problems. I have decent internet. It's not incredibly fast, but it's good for what I need. I've never had any issues with it, and yet I am constantly disconnecting from Madden. Another issue I run into is with the Face of the Franchise mode. My computer is well over the recommended specs, and yet face of the franchise freezes often. The game is fun, as all Madden games are, but if you're looking for an online football game, look somewhere else, and from my experience, Madden 23 isn't the place to look either.

I don’t typically write reviews, but I thought for this game I have to. I played this on launch day back on the PS4. Revisiting it on the PC is just mesmerizing. God of War 2018 is truly a masterclass in storytelling, combat, world design, soundtrack, and the list goes on. There aren’t many 10/10 games, but this is absolutely one.
