Phantasy Star Online 2 New Genesis, is a hard one to write a review for for sure. On one end, I love the game, but for all the wrong reasons. The writing isn't particularly good, in fact its downright irritatingly bad at times. The combat is fast, and smooth hack-and-slash gameplay that I typically am not a fan of but is certainly high quality and the weapon and class designs are incredible. The game also lacks more than a few basic niceties and is in desperate need of some UX and UI work. but despite all this, I have loved almost every minute of gameplay despite all its hangups, and can't wait to play more. and so for reasons I cannot explain I highly recommend this game, and bring some friends if you can, it helps a lot with some of the slower parts of the game. 5/7 perfect score

Eldin Ring is a game made from the best bits of other fantastic games and is very much the sum of everything FROMSOFT as a company has learned over the years. Its quite possibly the best game I have or will ever play in my lifetime and I have only scratched the surface of all its has the offer. The further I reach that larger the scope of the game becomes and I am fairly sure the I have only discovered a fraction of what the lands between has to offer. This games narrative is engaging and the characters are well written enough for them to feel realer than ever before. I strongly urge anyone that has even a remote interest in the game to try it out and see what you can do with the two hours you have to decide if it is for you. This is by far the most approachable FROMSOFT tittle I have ever played and I have multiple friends I am playing this with that have never touched the previous FROMSOFT games. Its got something for everyone, weather it be exploration in the open world, challenging and well crafted bosses, or just some damn good writing.

So here is the thing, Waking is an incredibly artful game with mystifying visuals and a very personal approach to storytelling, and calling it thought provoking would be an understatement. That being said the game is nearly unplayable in its current state for content creators and streamers. The game has no options for setting frame-rate limits or V-sync which means that your pc will spend its processing power that could be spent processing the stream attempting to run Waking at hundreds and sometimes thousands of fps, leaving dropped frames on streams left and right. I attempted lowering the resolution thinking making it lower would make it easier to process the stream, but instead it make all text and UI implements illegible and quadrupled the FPS, lagging my stream even more.

TLDR; if you are planning on recording or streaming this game, don't or wait for updates to do so. If not then enjoy the one-of-a-kind experience that waking is in all its 2700fps glory.

Outward is a fantastic game, that fills a very specific role. It pushes all the right buttons for me, as I am sure it does for many others. There is survival mechanics that build tension in the early game, but are easy to manage once you know what you are doing; met beautifully with ARPG fighting mechanics almost reminiscent to darksouls; with some of the best magic systems I have had the pleasure of "tinkering" with slowly learning what I was capable of. The feeling of misclicking and accidentally discovering a new ability as a mage is a feeling no other game has given me. That along with the vibrant world rich with lore that leaves you asking questions. Outward is not a game for everybody, but others like me will absolutely love it. It hits all the right spots. 8/10, my only complaints are that towns can feel a little cold and alien as most npc's cant speak with you and don't react to your existence, and that the game would could use some expansion. The fact that one of my only complaints are that I want more of it speaks for its quality though.

I loved the first 3 chapters of this game and thought that it had the potential to become one of my favorite horror games, but unfortunately the game loses its charm in the 4th and 5th chapters. Becoming more like an action beat 'em up game at the end. I honestly cannot believe how much the feel of the game changes from chapter 3 to 4, and more still from 4 to 5. I wish I could recommend this game, and that first 3 chapters are worth trying, but unfortunately the latter half of the game is not scary at all let alone fun. I am genuinely torn and disappointed. I wish I could recommend this game, but I cannot.
