Scratches that old SH3 itch really well. Manual targeting is really satisfying and you can micromanage the crew, though most of the time they don't need a babysitter either.

As for cons, no autosave, so if you're like me you oughta relearn the habit of saving often. Haven't encountered many bugs either apart from one where my crew got stuck on the ladder outside of the conning tower, reloading a save fixed that.
