At the surface it might seem a bit silly, and the people in public instances you'll come across might not always be the best. But once you get into closed communities filled with only adults with like-minded idea's this game becomes one of the best social experiences out there.

Especially if you love music festivals/events, this game offers a huge community of crazy unique venues and experiences around the music and rave scene.

Very much recommend it if you're looking for a fun social experience, just make sure to find a good group first before making your judgement.

Definitely the best animated story game in years!
If you've enjoyed The Wolf Among us, Telltale's The Walking Dead or similar, this is a must buy.
The humor is reminiscent of Invincible x The Boys, and the characters all have great personality and make you build on them.

That other game, but for the employed.

I've already sunk a ton of hours into just the demo and loved every bit. Invited some friends and we've all been hooked.

It's the perfect background game; check in daily, collect fish with unique color variations, and gradually build your collection. The online features are a huge plus: buying/selling fish with other players and the fishing minigame feel great and add a nice social layer.

The devs are super active and engaged with the community. Definitely join the Discord for events, updates, and trading it adds a lot to the experience.

If you like cozy games with a bit of community spirit, this one's 100% worth your time. 🐟

After seeing a lot of reviews calling it content-light, I went in with low expectations but honestly, that hasn't been my experience so far. About 1.5 hours in, I've completed the first map on all three clearance levels and difficulties, and there are still systems I haven't touched yet, like the corruption modifiers. There's a solid foundation here for a co-op extraction shooter, especially if you're a fan of the Control/Alan Wake universe.

That said, it's far from perfect. The onboarding is pretty weak, and the game doesn't explain much of its mechanics, which can make your first few sessions feel confusing. It could also use more variety in content and mission types to keep things feeling fresh long-term.

In terms of value, I usually expect a game to give me about an hour of playtime per dollar spent. Firebreak might not hit that 40-hour mark for everyone, but I can definitely see it getting close with updates. It's not a fully polished experience yet, but what's here is already fun and has room to grow.

If you're looking for something instantly gripping and fully fleshed out, maybe hold off. But if you're into tactical co-op shooters and want something atmospheric with strong worldbuilding roots, Firebreak is worth a look.

I've finished the base story line now, and I can say this is such a fun experience.
If you enjoy FNAF lore, or games like Poppy Playtime this is definitely in your alley.
However, if you're expecting classic FNAF gameplay where you're on the edge of your seat trying not to get jumpscared, you might be a bit disappointed.

I've been a FNAF fan since the first game came out, so I really enjoyed all the little details and such.
My PC is rather beefy, so it ran fine (only one crash) but I am understanding performance isn't as good on lower end PCs.

Either way, I can definitely recommend the game if you're a fan of the franchise! Great work Steelwool.

Tape 1 will leave you guessing until the end, and the story will capture you for sure if you've been into Life is Strange or Stranger Things. The people at Don't Nod know how to tell a story that plays with your feelings.

A breath of fresh air in hero shooters.
After Overwatch 2 has been an absolute disappointment since Blizzard doesn't care about its players, Marvel Rivals makes for a fun and actual next-gen hero shooter experience.

Pair that with iconic, and sometimes niche characters in the Marvel comic universe and you've got a fun game with lots of content. Curious to see where it goes!

The Casting of Frank Stone delivered exactly what I expected of it.
Not the best, but definitely a very enjoyable game by the developers of Until Dawn.

It has its flaws, there are definitely some optimization issues.
But I definitely can't give this game a fully bad review as those are both easily fixed usually.

If you are doubting if you should buy it though, wait for a sale!

In its current state it's not really a pleasure to play. Not only is performance awful, even on a high end PC. (Can't get a stable 60+FPS on a 4090). But when it *does* work, the graphics tend to glitch out.

I know this team can do better, but I will be refunding it for now.
