When it comes to the story I‘d love to give a positive review. I played a lot of games of this genre and the story really catched me. Unfortunately I had to change the settings a thousand times during the gameplay, because as others said, the game just wasn’t playable as it’s supposed to due to poor optimization. That’s really frustrating, because the game itself has got a lot of potential. The ending wasn’t that satisfying too. I can recommend buying this game on sale if you are into this kind of games and if you don’t care about the game being jerky. My PC is definitely good enough to handle this game, but none of the thousand tries to change the settings helped to let the game run smoothly. And by the way: I don’t know anything about Dead by Daylight and it didn’t effect me. So when it comes to the story it really doesn’t matter if you know Dead by Daylight already or not. :)

Decent story actually, liked it more than other Supermassive games. Scratches the lovecraftian/horror itch until Directive 8020

Just sit back and enjoy the story unfold, and dont be too uptight about the choices mattering or not.

Sure maybe the B-team at Supermassive was responsible for this, but the negative reviews are way overblown. Performance is a bit unusually low- just enable DLSS or equivalent
